I hereby to inform you that I Mrs. Minakshi D/o Suresh Kumar belong to Batala, Punjab, India-143505 had applied Pan application on 16th March 2011 for issuing a PAN CARD. But still the status showing on income tax department that

Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

I have no PA number and not applied before . when i spoke with the Income Tax department, Gurgaon about that matter. Executive says that my Name and Date of birth are same as other one (client) but father's name and address are different. I have lodged complaint via telephone (REQUEST NO. 2410053), two times through email & three times online through website of ITD (Complaint No. 95031516, 95032237 AND[protected], but i am not received any response from NSDL Department. I require Pan to file my ITR, but due to delay in issuing PAN i am unable to do the same.

However, the same were not delivered yet on our several request to the customer executive. Please take the needful action upon the same.

I'm unable of read my i-pin of Central Recordkeeping Agency,NSDL kit i received. I could read only the first six digit out of the eight digit. Dear Sir
I have PRAN no.[protected] for New Pension Scheme. After getting PRAN No. I invested Rs.2000.00 for my TIER I account through Head Office Ichalkaranji. But CRA - NSDL informed me by SMS that they invested only Rs.1000.00 in my TIER I account. In this case as per CRA NSDL guidelinesI contacted to Head Office which don't give me expected response and told to contact NSDL via Internet.

Also I filled all necessary Nomination Details in New PRAN Application form. But CRA NSDL is not recorded my nomination details in My Master Data with them. For this purpose I already informed to CRA - NSDL by E- Mail. Till date not response from CRA - NSDL.

So I requested you to help me above matter thorugh informing to CRA NSDL.

I had applied for PAN CARD of my brother Mr. Bhola prasad. The PAN Card number has been received . BNQPP6828M on the website (https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/PanStatusTrack) but the pancard has not been received yet. The website shows that the pancard is dispatched on 13-march2011 by speed post vide airway bill no. EM[protected]IN but the speed post officials says that the have not received any pancard. so kindly help me to track my pancard.The pan card is not delivered my house.
so,please solve my problem because i have return my tds.

NSDL Call center in mumbai is useless. There are many useless people are working there who don't even care to answer emails. I don't know why Income Tax Authority can't give the contract to someone else.
I have applied for a PAN card like 8 months ago and repeatdly sent different documents to NSDL, but they never sent me my PAN card, why don't they just directly ask me for some bribe ? !

Is there any Govt. Officer in india who does his job ?! Stupid shameless people, do your job

Income Tax Department does not send e-mails regarding refunds and does not seek any taxpayer information like user name, password, details of ATM, bank accounts, credit cards, etc. Taxpayers are advised not to part with such information on the basis of emails.

After that i have checked with my Origiinal Document it show same, & in Voter identity card it show as below:

Father/Husband Name : Brijeshbhai

this is as per specified in online application...

So i have talk on NSDL No.[protected] with Executive on 25th March 2011 for this matter, informed him to as per voter identity format it shows Name & Surname in a First raw & it Shows Middle name as a Husband / Father name in a Second raw, than he is simply not ready to understood anything & asking me to show a proof as per online application name as spcified, he is not ready to understood simple thing is that Middle name means it's a Father/husband Name so it's clearly written in a Voter identity card than what is the issue??...

I have recently married so i don't have any other proof on my wife name with my Middle name & also this is [B][B]issued by Government of India than Why it's not a valid ????[/B][/B].....

Please do needfull.......

I had applied to Tier 1 account under new pension system for civilians through india post POP-SP Bareilly(U.P.).I had registered for NPS (new pension system) by paying rs twentythree vide POP-SP receipt no[protected] dated 27/08/2010 and paid a contribution of rs one thousand only vide POP-SP receipt no[protected] dated 27/08/2010.Till date I have not received my PRAN CARD.I have approached several times to my POP-SP (point of presence service provider),POP ie PTC Mysore and CRA-NSDL,Mumbai but no fruitfull response.Without PRAN card can not deposite my subsequent contribution.
