Dear Sir
I have PRAN no.[protected] for New Pension Scheme. After getting PRAN No. I invested Rs.2000.00 for my TIER I account through Head Office Ichalkaranji. But CRA - NSDL informed me by SMS that they invested only Rs.1000.00 in my TIER I account. In this case as per CRA NSDL guidelinesI contacted to Head Office which don't give me expected response and told to contact NSDL via Internet.

Also I filled all necessary Nomination Details in New PRAN Application form. But CRA NSDL is not recorded my nomination details in My Master Data with them. For this purpose I already informed to CRA - NSDL by E- Mail. Till date not response from CRA - NSDL.

So I requested you to help me above matter thorugh informing to CRA NSDL.

With reference to your trail email & telephonic conversation with you, kindly provide us the contribution receipt number provided by your POP-sp at info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in.
Further, Please note that, we have verified the application form submitted by you and it has been observed that we have captured your nominee details per the registration form filled by you. We would like to inform you that guardian details were not provided by you for 2nd nominee [minor]. Hence you are requested to provide complete nominee details by submitting Subscriber change request form to your POP-SP.

To modify or update the details in the your account, you need to submit Subscriber Details Change Request Form (UOS-S2 Form) to your respective POP-SP(Point Of Presence Service Provider), based on which POP-SP will update the details in CRA system logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-Pin provided by CRA to POP at the time of registration.. The Subscriber Details Change Request form UOS-S2 is freely downloadable from our corporate website, 'www.npscra.nsdl.co.in'

Dear Subscriber,

We have verified the application form submitted by you and it has been observed that your father's name captured in the system is as per the registration form filled by you. To modify or update the same, you need to submit Subscriber Details Change Request Form (S2 Form) to your respective DTO (District Treasury Office) through DDO(Drawing and Disbursing Office), based on which DTO will update the details in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-Pin provided by CRA to DTO at the time of registration. DTO will retain the change request form and will not forward to CRA. The Subscriber Details Change Request form S2 is freely downloadable from our corporate website, 'www.npscra.nsdl.co.in'.

Further, as regards, nominee name, we have updated the correct nominee name in CRA system, which was inadvertently captured wrongly earlier. We sincerely apologies for inconvenience caused to you. You can check the updated details by logging into CRA website www.cra-nsdl.com by using the I-Pin provided to you by CRA at the time of registration.

my name is vishal puri and i am working in police department as police constable in Hyderabad city. on[protected] i received a message from cra.nsdl stating that your value of investment in respect of your NPS Tier 1 account[protected] as of[protected] Rs. 2, 35, 299.7 and at the same time one of my colleague neme is Mirza Ismail Baig a/c no is[protected] received message same but the amount was different, his amout was 2, 44, 984.3 as we are the same batchmates and our appointment date also same i.e[protected] ...i am getting the different amout is 9, 684.6. so i am requesting to kind officer please look into the matter.

my password is blocked - request to kindly open the same for setting new password

my pass of PRAN i.e. new pension scheme is block due to entering wrong password. I request you to kindly open the same so that I can reset the password so that i can view the transaction on line.

    Animal Husbandry Department — Entry Wrong Pan card number

    I have received a letter from income tax department ward no 2(2) Udaipur ITO/Wd-2(2)/UDR/2009-10 dated 08.10.09 that my PAN Card number ABWPP0334 is not correct.
    Actually I have never received my pan card number and I was Quoting the number as asked from Income tax department Ajmer as I was posted in Ajmer previously.
    When the letter came searched all my returns and found that before the year 2003-04 I was writing my Pan number as ABWPP0834A , so it must be by mistake that my number has slipped to ABWPP0334A.
    Kindly confirm my correct PAN NUMBER and send a duplicate copy of my original pan card to my new posted adress

        pankit — PAN card

        Hi,
        I applied for a PAN Card last year. When I receive a PAN card with the letter I found a spell mistake in my name. So contacted my agent who filled up a form for me. He again send back the PAN Card with the request to update the spell mistake. Now they sent a letter few month later asking for the necessary documents to prove my name and my identity. But unfortunately I was out of station for that month and didn't get that letter. Finally I read that letter and realize that the deadline to submit those documents have been passed. Now i don't know what to do next? Should I send documents even if deadline had passed? Should I contact PAN card office? Please help. It will be appreciated.

          NSDL Call center in mumbai is useless. There are many useless people are working there who don't even care to answer emails. I don't know why Income Tax Authority can't give the contract to someone else.
          I have applied for a PAN card like 8 months ago and repeatdly sent different documents to NSDL, but they never sent me my PAN card, why don't they just directly ask me for some bribe ? !

              So i have talk on NSDL No.[protected] with Executive on 25th March 2011 for this matter, informed him to as per voter identity format it shows Name & Surname in a First raw & it Shows Middle name as a Husband / Father name in a Second raw, than he is simply not ready to understood anything & asking me to show a proof as per online application name as spcified, he is not ready to understood simple thing is that Middle name means it's a Father/husband Name so it's clearly written in a Voter identity card than what is the issue??...

              I have recently married so i don't have any other proof on my wife name with my Middle name & also this is [B][B]issued by Government of India than Why it's not a valid ????[/B][/B].....

              nsdl (income tax department govt. of india) — non-receipt of income tax pan card.

              I have applied online for income tax pan card through NSDL and paid Rs. 67.00 by cheque to HDFC bank on 05.3.09.The said cheque had been passed and they have issued me the acknowledgment number vide no.[protected] dt. 5.3.2009.As per their requirement, i had sent my photo, signature and necessary documents like self attested xerox copy of my ration card, xerox copy of my voter id card and xerox copy of my driving license to their Pune office on 5.3.09 through DTDC.On verifying my status of Pan Card in NSDL's portal, i had seen time and again that " your pan card application is under process". Subsequently i had communicated NSDL through several e.mail and they had replied me that there was a mistake in the application form which i had submitted online that no PREFIX is allowed in the application form and they had suugested me to apply afresh. The mistake was that i had prefixed the word LATE in the column where my father's name was to be written. I had tried to rectify the mistake online but the submission was denied. There after i had communicated the NSDL's Kolkata office and as per their version, nothing can be done and i have to apply afresh and another Rs. 94.00 is to be deposited for their cahrges. Under the circumstances, you are requested to please advise me as to how could i overcome such problem that i have faced in this regard.

                  I had applied for PRAN [Permanent Retirement Account Number] under the government scheme of NPS and I had got the I-PIN and T-PIN as per norms. But I have not received PRAN Card. I had informed MYOffice, mubaiand sent mail Customer Care and Raise the Grievence on NSDL web site. When I checked this number in online tracking system, it is shwoing undelivered to Delises office (Mumbai). Again I was informed it is undelivered. But they said again we are not received yet. I said you can check on this number in online tracking system.

                  Since last 2 months i am following up with CRA-NSDL and there is no proper response. Staff at CRA is not taking calls most of the times and if in case they take the calls they are not giving the proper feedback and information on my query. Nobody taking care my complaint. They dont care of the Customer. I am following Customer Care, Grievence, and mail also.

                  I had applied for PRAN [Permanent Retirement Account Number] under the government scheme of NPS and I had got SMS in my mobile as per norms. But I have not received PRAN Card, T.Pin & I. Pin . I had informed MYOffice, mubaiand sent mail Customer Care and Raise the Grievence on NSDL web site.

                  Since last 2 months i am following up with CRA-NSDL and there is no proper response. Staff at CRA is not taking calls most of the times and if in case they take the calls they are not giving the proper feedback and information on my query. Nobody taking care my complaint. They dont care of the Customer. I am following Customer Care, Grievence, and mail also.

                  I am Gonda Vykunta Rao serving in Central industrial Security Force (CISF) as Constable. I have been issued PRAN Card bearing No.[protected]. On 22.09.2013, while I was returning from leave, I lost my PRAN Card kept inside my purse in the train near Kharagpur.                     I have applied for pan card 1 month ago. I have neither applied through online nor any TIN centre. I have directly sent my application + required documents+ cash(Rs70) through speed post to NSDL Lower Parel, Mumbai. When I contacted them through mail, they asked for acknoledgement number.                           Your PAn card was dispatched through FFCL courier on Fenbruary 3, 2011 but the same was returned undeliverd as the address was found to be insufficient (no house name mentioned). The same has now been redispatched on March 1, 2011 through Speed Post (EM[protected]IN ).

                            I fully agree with the view of the complainants expressed in this site. NSDL Pune is the laziest organization in India. They dont want to do any work. We have to ask again and again. Send the document again and again. Contact them over phone again and again. Yet they will not be satisfied. They will ask this and that. Hell with their office and their staff. Harassment has certain limits... Oh God help the honest, tax payers.

                                The below noted letter has been written to NSDL Pune after frustation.After sending proper documents also they use send reply like that documents received but found not valid. Since three months they are doing like this only. i am attaching the same scaner document for your referance and action.                                 With reference to the above subject, please note that in your official letter dated 1 st december and 6th january you have stated that as per application my Name is like IMMALI SHAIK and my father Name is KHAJA MOHD and date of borth is 20APR 1952. You asked documents accordingly signed by Gazetted officer. The document i have send to your office is signed by commissioner of City Muncipal shahabad contains My Name, My Father name and date birth matches perfectly as shown in your letter. What more document you people are needed. President or PrimeMinister letter?.Hopeless fellows. As per SSLC record also my date of birth is[protected]. Earlier pan card was issued to me on just application not on any documents submitted to your office.That time application was filled by our company cleark without asking any documents. Therefore i need changes.In spite of submitting proper documents, you people are asking for repeatedly proper documents irritates too much, and it shows how thirdrated you people are.

                                i am attaching scan letter of original for your ready referance,(already original letter is with your office), please open your eyes clearly and read it properly. The document is like that In what fashion you people are needed according to application. If your department repeats same thing then i will send scan letter to New delhi Income Tax department making a complaint against NSDL for third rated service.

                                  I have applied for change in communication address for my PAN.
                                  I had submitted passport copy as an identity proof and credit card statement as an address proof.
                                  Now NSDL asking that passport do not have middel name hence this proof is invalid. Is people verifing document details are aware of how to check submitted proof?

                                  If passport do not show middel name and shows father name it means it is invalid as identity proof?. Passport and credit card statement shows same address then how can credit card statement not valid for address proof if statement do not show father name.

                                  Also I had submitted old pan card copy and only i need to update my communication address.

                                  Can anybody help me to resolve these issue?
