First of all the website administrator of the consumer complaints should verify before publishing anything in the web. Anyone can just register and spoil anyone's image by spending 10 mins on this site which is not fair. atleast they should have verified their mobile number before publishing anything. the person/ company who wrote this article did not mentioned his phone number or email id which shows his plan of writing this article.
My final word " these tricks cannot effect our company as the clients come to our company seeing our service and till date almost 75% of our clients are repeated ones"
