[Resolved] Oasis Resource Management — Fraud company | |||
Friends don't believe in oasis human resource consultancy. They are making fool. They have taken me 72000 rs for the work permit after the technical evaluation i. E.1250 rs. Now after taking 72000 rs they are not responding me on phone even not replying on mail. I am trying to call them from 1 month but they are not picking my phone, on land line number they always give the same reply that "concern person is on another line will tell her to call you". Now after 4 months i have not received any call from the oasis not even from any interviews. Arvinder, kanika saini, sauru oheo etc are the freud people.. Now i as per the agreement they will deduct 15% money after the six month and than will return rest of the money i. E.40000 to me after 8 months as per the contract. They just making money by cheating innocent people. My strong advice is do not go for any service from oasis consultancy from any branch all over the india because after taking money they people will not respond you. Step 1- Visa Eligibility
Before forwarding your application, you need to qualify Technical Evaluation Test. For Technical Evaluation we need the following documents of you’re:
We need the following documents for the Technical Evaluation:
• Updated CV
• Copy of highest qualification along with the mark sheet (scanned)
• Id Proof / Passport (scanned)
• Rs. 2000/- with the screenshot/receipt (Evaluation Fees) (Refundable in case the report comes negative)
Please also fill attached TECHNICAL EVALUATION FORM .The report will come out in 2 working days. If the report will be positive, then Oasis will take your process further.
Step 2: Sign up Work Permit Visa
Total Process Time : 3 - 4 months
Final Payment : Rs. 60, 000/ + 14% tax = Rs 68, 400/-
Once you make the payment, we sign a Service Legal Agreement with you. Complete information regarding the process is mentioned in the SERVICE LEGAL AGREEMENT.
JOB ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME:-
Interview Procedure
During the time frame of 4 months we will be conducting your interviews with the prospective employers. The first round is a telephonic round and the second round is a video call arranged through Skype which can be accessed through your personal computer. We will be providing you with maximum 25 interviews. There would be no limit to the number of applications that will be made to the prospective employers. Once the employers shows the interest in the profile, interviews will be conducted.
Salary package will be decided solely on the experience that you have had in the previous years. Negotiation of which will be trained by the Recruiter.
Job summary
· 10 - 20 interviews will be conducted.
· Domain will be exactly similar to current but profile can be changed.
· Three rounds of interview will be taking place.
· One video conference and Two telephonic.
· In advance we would be telling you the profile, salary package, job responsibility.
We are charging you the fees for the following assistance:
· Registration with us
· Documentation
· Job search
· Courier services charges
· Visa processing
· Medical
Other Benefits : Commence From 1st Day of Joining
