Reg this, we had already confirmed to all the students to disclose the name of the persons to whom they had paid the amount. If any paid candidate is found, we are terminating them from the serives immediately and we are saying them to collect the amount that they had paid them. It was not in our notice that people are paying to join us. At the time of interview also, no one had said us the same.
If there is any person in the company who had taken the amount from any candidate, as said earlier we are asking to come and report the same to the director. But till date no one came to complain regarding this and this all seems as a trash to us. If any such cases, report us at [protected]@octanesolutions.net or else meet us in person.

I am unable to think myself, why employee only from Jaipur are having problem. If the problem is true, every one should face the same. This is very rediculous. Now a days students are making fun out of this trash.
Not just the employee of jaipur every body had faced the same problem.I am from hyderabad and i know the real business of octane solution.It is to take money from desperate freashers who dont think twice and gets excited by the site of getting a job .Very smartly they take money from students through third party like consultancy.They hire them but within 1 or 2 months they terminate the candidate by conducting a very tough test or some other reason.we are not making fun out of the trash ...we are dumb by the company...30, 000 may not matter for others but for us it is big amount and the man behind this is krishna...i request the consumer complain panel to take stern action against octane solution and its team.we know we would not our money but i want others to be aware of and think twice before joining the company like octane and fool yourself and your family
yeah i m from hyderabad and i do agree from the above stated complains by the candidates let me first tell me bout myself i do run a training institute of dot net at ameerpet near maitrivanam hyderabad actually this company came to my institute saying they want to hire candidates of dot net i told them thats well and good (THE CONCERN PERSONS FROM OCTANE SOLUTION WAS SUNIL & V. KRISHNA RAO) they took an interview after that they told me that they want to hire all of the candidate i told them its okay but they asked me to tell candidates to pay an amount of 180000 from each candidate. i solemly disagreed and told them my candidates are well capable of fetching job in any reputed company on there merit and denied to pay the amount. Further when i enquired about the company i found that V. KRISHNA RAO IS THE OWNER OF THE SO CALLED FAKE CAMPANY OCTANE SOLUTIONS PVT. LIMITED THEY TOLD THAT THEY ARE HAVING AN OFFICE IN AUSTRALIA &ETC ITS ALSO A FAKE THING.
I SOLEMLY REQUEST TO EACH AND EVERY CANDIDATE FROM INDIA DONT GET INVOLVED IN THESE SUCH TYPE OF FRAUDS. HAVE BELIEF IN OURSELF LABOUR HARD U WILL DEFINETLY REACH UR GOAL.

Kindly tell us name of your institute and your name and contact number also. When I enquired with the employees of the company, we came to know that 90% of them said that the company is genuine. But when surfing in internet, we are unable to judge the exact matter. When i had my direct chat with the existing employees it came to our knowledge that, Sunil was terminated from the company 6 months ago due to this reason only. And one more main matter you should know is that, Krishna from HR is different from the owner V. Krishna Rao. If required I can prove you with the reliable sources including the existing 105 current staff of the Octane Solutions. Better verify yourself and update me the exact factors.My ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

all mentioned above are true.this is a broad level fraud company.is company ne bahut students ka paisa khaya hai.a serious action should be taken .we all are want our money.

Above octane solutions and morphing systems both companies are fraud and directors and hr same . so here morphing systems registered by ramraju but maintain Krishna and sunil both are fraud guys. they was totally requirement 150 members and they charged each person 100000 to 200000 .
they also conducting interviews some other fraud companies thy are yup .
so pls any body cheated that guys.

count me in...this company is totally fraud and have agents at jaipur primarily. they ask for 50k-80k to get job in octane solutions. Offer letter which given initially is just another black & white print. And once u get totally trapped and reach there office at banjara hills, u are in for the shock of your life that you have lost all your money and company can't even accommodate 10 ppl including that V.Krishna Rao. its totally fake. can somebody let me know how can one get money back now???
