We have order for NOVA Juice Extractor through Indiatimes shopping,details are as mentioned below Order no :[protected] Product :NOVA Juice Extractor Value : 1395.00 I have recd Strob make Model no.JE565 Juice Extractor. I logged complaint with India times Compliant no.10495.After regular follow up they had collected Product through TNT courier .I called Indiatimes & informed AW no DO[protected]WW.Ref no given by Indiatimes was 32806.After week time i got replacement from India times. It was again same product even same make & machine.i.e.Strob make NOVA Juice Extractor.I again logged complaint with Indiatimes about wrong product delivery.Complaint no give by Indiatimes was 40821. I want full refund of money.I had written mail to Operation head of indiatimes.No body bother to reply from Indiatimes shopping not customer service or operation head Very disappointed with Service of Indiatimes.I request black list such vendor Was this information helpful? | |

The delivered product is always different then the actual one showed on websites.
Indiatimes and rediff should banned such kind of cheaters ..
I have ordered a UPS and when I got the shipment it was opened and damaged .
From last 6 days I am follwoing up with indiatimes but no response.
I am regular buyer from ebay.in and I am 200% satisfied with the quality and buisness ethics these people are following.It was my mistake to go with indiatimes .
My sincere advice for all of you to do online shopping with ebay
