[Resolved] Olive Mobile — Improper response | |||
Ir iam from vellore i am a distributor for this mobile phone and iam the previos and the first person for vellore district at the first time they supplied some products which are some low quality later they reduced the price of the handsets and later there was no response from the company and suddenly a new person was appinted and new distributor was appointed when asked them they told me that i was no doing business regularly so they changed. But i have no received any intimation and my previous dues for price reduction is pending man faulty sets without service back up there the company gave 100 days replacement warranty but it was of no use that the customer or the distributor has go the unfinished service centre over there where they charge for the service like big branded companies Till it has been nearly 6 months there is no response for my stoct to be cleared and my repalcement of my faulty sets I was ditched by this com[any where my fund has been staying still where no one interested in buying this poor quality handsets Was this information helpful? | |||

sure oive mobile is the worst mobile company in india there is a service centre in vellore for olive mobile phone vijeex system but when go there for service they say that they dont deal with these phones and they charge really high for simple parts that are to be replace and that too mobile in warranty period they just keep the handsets spoil everything they return it back saying this is a worst product
i dont know why the company is appointing service centres like this who does not care for the products they service and charge higher and that too the company people is thier fault where they just come and make the distributor sell the product and go away

People for all parts of the country trust branded ones dont go for cheap and worst handsets like olive mobile they are the cheaters and sell very low quality chinese products in disguise as thier own products they are all fake like companies like karbonn, micromax, fly, lava, spice any many more
Trust the branded mobile phones like noika, samsung, lg, sony, blackberry and many more
The branded ones are in good quality good response service centres but companies like olive spoil the market and cheat everyone and spoil everyone the fraud companies should not come out

There are many culprits in the company we cant say who are the ones who for mioney spoils everything the company tries to bring in some new products but what to do sale managers and sales person and service centres are the persons who are responsible for all the happening if a product gets spoiled and cannot sell means its fault within the company
The higher heads have to take care of all the thing they should appoint some good persons and take away culprits like jebakumar in tamilnadu and his manager who doesnt evern care what they sell

Hi friends i agree with this the company is a fraud company they dont have proper service centres and no spares for thier products if any problem arises and that too the company promises for 100 days replacement warranty if any thing goes wrong they return saying no after 100 days for the service centre this what the they do there are many rubbish sets in many distributor points which cannot be replace when distrubutor asks for replacement without knowing to him they suddenly change the distributor i think this the only company where distributor keeps on changing

olive phone — my phone is not working
siri buyed a phone from rediffshopping on online i received a phone on 3 rd of sept but it is not working .the shopping people we will come back and the supplier is telling contact the mobile service centre
service centre are telling this phone is dead you replace it
but supplier is not replacing the phone wt should i do?
the indian government should take all positive measure to band such company like cheating many people giveing fake handsets where these companies sell thier a lot of products and earn more and get out or hide somewhere with thier money
if the government just want money as thier bribe and leave company like this to perish and prosper then no one can be sane looking after this
