Even I booked a flat in May-06 and allottment was done in May-08 in Omaxe Heights, Bhiwadi. Already deposited around Rs. 5.17 lacs but no courtsey shown by OMAXE to provide the status of my allottment. I had paid several visits to Project Site Office (Bhiwadi) and Head Office (Kalkaji, Delhi) but no one could provide me the correct status of project.

Customer Care is pathetic and behaviour is not all cusotmer friendly. Very funny to see big posters of ISO-9001:2000 certified company in their offices.

Have sent a letter, ifnot response then consumer court may bring justice.

I also have been the victim of the same. I also booked the flat in May 2006 and the allotment was done in July 2008. Till now nothing has been happening on the ground and they don't heed to whatever they say. So, I requested for refund in April 2010 but unti now no refund has been done. I have lost my hard earned money.

Can all the victims of Omaxe Bhiwadi project form a group and go to consumer court and ask for our hard earned money?
