On Dot Courier — no proper delivery

my parents sent me some medicines, 9 days before, from raipur to pune, its hardly 200 grams of weight & is in 5"5"3" box, company charged Rs. 100 for this. Still I am waiting for my courier, courier company has 3 contact no.s 1.[protected] busy/receiver is off
2.[protected] out of order
3. [protected] - busy, once operator took my call on this phone and put me on an endless hold.
This is ridiculous. they r charging heavily for their services, and not providing the proper service.

my courier has been send by my client from delhi on thursday...& till dated 30.06.08 it is not delivered & the courier containers export duty cheques whic is to be depiosted on friday but the courier is not delivered & for this my exporter has to pay interest on that duty of rs.346000.00 & till dated iam calling again & again but no responce from your local office ...thay only responce that the person who had to deliver that packet has take the packer & he is in home & not responding & thay had send a man to his home for that packet ...i dont know why this happen ...

This courier is not yet received there was some important documents in this courier .plz do the needful and give us revert what is status of this courier when it will be deleivered .
