[Resolved]  On Dot Courier Service — courier not delivered

My experience was worst with the Delivery boy who told me his name RAHUL, whose contact no. is. [protected](Surya Nagar, Tarron Ki Koot, Jaipur). His behavior was very rude and unacceptable. Since the courier was delivered at my office address, I was not in a position to argue with him more. But as soon as he left after delivering the courier to me, I called the customer care of On-Dot and complaint for the rude and aggressive behaviour of the delivery boy. They assured me that they will look into the matter seriously and said sorry to me. But it is not acceptable by me. I will never take On-dot Courier's service again just because of the unwanted and rude attitude of that delivery boy, who told me his name RAHUL with pride as if he is inviting me to fight with him.

I have couried one parcel on 4.6.08. from Mumbai to sonepat.It was not delivered yet.I did not get satisfy with your service.I inquired many times to your delhi office as well as sonepat office but i did not get the proper answer.

Plz. take the action.

My previoour organisation(Mahindra conulting, mumbai) booked a courier to me before one week. courier no:[protected].
Couriered address: A.M.BHASKAR # 4-164, PILLAYAR KOVIL STREET, PUTTUR-517583, CHITTOOR(DIST), ANDHRA PRADESH.

Still i didnt recieved my courier. please let me know to whom i have to contact regarding this.

my courier was sent from Vadodra on 16th march 2009 to Indri. after doing many enquires in on dot office of indri, i did not get any response. then i track the courier on internet & then come to know that my courier is in Indri since 18th March but no one delivered it & also does not make a call to me, though my contact no. [protected] & my address were written upon that.
i myself go to office & i had to take courier by my own hand.
it was really painful time b/w this gap of 18th to 20 because this courier had our cheques, & this late service caused trouble relationship b/w our company & us.
please take some strict action

this is to bring to ur kind attention that i booked a courier slip no. of the courier is[protected] on the date 13/10/09 from panchkula-134109.
it was supposd to b delivered to indore-452001. but till 2day its been 10 days but the courier has not been deliverd....and d online status is showing that it has been deliverd in jaipur.....
i hv always been using ur courier service but this is the first time we r facing such kinda problem.....
fr a reputed company lik on dot....dis kinda service or mistakes are not expected......
i hop u'll tak sm action to it....as the courior contains some important documents......

I have tried to track the consignment and found that the same has been sent from kolkata to bhubaneswar on dtd. 23.08.2012. But till now we have not received the letters. Also your Bhubaneswar branch phone no is not in service. My Contact no. is [protected].
