On-dot Couriers — On-dot couriers 14,000 worth goods- undelivered and untraceable since last 7 months. | |||
A Rs.14,400 worth shipment sent via On-dot couriers to Kolkata with AWB number[protected] and Invoice number 061213 has not been delivered at the destination and On-dot couriers fails to trace it and return it back. The shipment was sent via On-dot couriers VT branch, Mumbai in July, 2012. The courier doesn't reach the destination and the person in charge Krishna Patil, VT branch On-dot couriers says he would trace and get back to us, which he doesn't. Even after repeated follow ups with Krishna Patil, talking to On-dot customer care, writing to On-dot customer care, posting on On-dot's facebook page nothing has helped us and the shipment remains missing. After having a heated discussion, Krishna Patil, said if you have a problem go ahead and register a FIR. The whole On-Dot service is extremely unprofessional and bad. SPECIAL NOTICE FOR PUNJAB, HARYANA, DELHI, UP, BIHAR, WEST BENGAL. IN states me ondot ki service achhi nahi hai so dont use ondot courier service in these states rest of states ka i dont have any idea.Yaha itni buri hai to vaha v kaunsa chand tare laga diye honge:-)
