Me ne Onestopshop se tickting booking ka software liya tha. lekine company ne 3-4 month se rail tickting deskpot booking band kar rahi hai. jise mere bisiness me khai loss ho raha hai. coustomer care me call karne per yhi jawab milta hai ki irctc ne abhi tak chalu nahi kiya hai chalu hoga to hum aapko phone karke inform kardege. lekine other company ke software chalu hai. hum unse request karte hai ki ya to aap services chalu kare ya to humne jo software lene ki kimat (Rs 10000/-) di wo vpas kare . wo khate hi Rs vaps nahi milenge kyoki wo nonrefundeble hai. isliye sir aap se request hai ki aap meri service chalu kare ya mujhe apna amount vapas dilane ki krupa kare.
