[Resolved] Onida 29 Inch TV (Oxygen) — TV is not working properly | |
This is David from chennai. we purchased a Onida television with a 5 year guarantee, but we see that often the TV gets repaired. When we call the onida customer care, there is no response, if there is a response too the time taken to rectify the issue is around 10 days. This is really bad considering the reputation the company has. I have decided not to purchase any onida items hereafter. The customer care is zero and even negative. If there is no response from a customer care company then that is not a customer care anymore. I request the concerned to take a strong action in this regard. I have registered a complaint of my 29MA model tv at your complaint centre [protected] on 25 aug 2010 but there is no response or any phone call from your side.Today again i called up there and this time they have your email id. onida 29 " oxygen — tv not working
It has been brought to you notice that I made a complaint on 25th July, 09. On complaining I specifically informed that I will be out of town and will be back only on 31st July 09. But Friday no body turned up. Again I called up to customer on 1st August, 2009 (customer care No.[protected]) I was told that by eveing the problem will be sorted out. But nobody turned on that day. Again I called up Elaimvazhudi (his mobile no. [protected]) and explained the above facts to him. He gave me another no. of service engineer ( [protected]), When I called up he said i visisted and found the door locked. He argues much. Again I spoke to Mr. Elaimvazhudi who in turn put conferance call and instructed the engineer to and attend the fault. Accordingly he came on 4th August, 09 and told that need to change two spares, which will be brought by him after two days. However till afternoon no body turned up again i called up the engineer in turn he told me that he will come only on wednesday 12/8/09. It is vey embarrassing that the complaint is not yet attended though I have invested in purchasing ONIDA Brand in faith.
