AC NO COOLING INSPITE OF VISIT OF TECHICIAN FROM THE COMPANY AS GUIDED BY DEALER MS SKYLARK ELECTRONIC ,KALYAN FROM WERE THE ONIDA AC WAS PURCHASED,COMPLAINT WAS LODGE ON 20 TH APRIL 2010,BUT NO RESPONSE FOR THE SAME.AS THE WARRANT IS FOR ONE YEARS AND THE PURCHASED DATE IS 29/4/09 SO IT GET EXPIRED ON 29TH APRIL 2010 ,THATS THE REASON THE DEALEARS DONT WANT TO PROVIDE ME THE SERVICES . ONIDA BEEN A REPUTED COMPANY AND THESE TYPE OF DSELAYMENT FROM THE COMPANY WILL TARNISH THEIR IMAGE.NO RESPONSE FROM SKYLARK INSPITE OF COMPLAINT AS THSES HAS HAPPENED TWICE . KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SEND YOUR TECHINICAN ON TIME AND SEE THAT I CAN A COVERAGE IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD AS THE DEALER IS DELAYING THE THING YOU CAN CHECK HIS COMPLAINT BOOK FOR YOUR REFFERENCE.
