[Resolved] Onida Washing Machine — Plastic base required to change | |||
this is Abbas here from mumbai..81 lehri house, mohammad ali road, 3rd floor, roomno 20 accordingly i was sugested Onida company washing machine(HydroFall62) by shop owner( National Radio Corp) which i Bought on 24thoctober 2009 Invoice numb(12145) the base Legs of machine diped inside wen a complain made in Onida Coustmer care Yesterday[protected] a person name Irfan attended us n told the base needs to b Changed Charges will b (RS 1250) for wat reason bloody shop owner gave us Guarantee for one year....now shop owner says plastic parts r not under Guarantee scheme....he is ther only personn suggested for Plastic body washing machine better than ms body....its been hardly 6 months old.....so cheap quality product Onida makes i cnt Believe it....if my Base is not changed witout any coast i will take trhis case to Cosumer forum court.... I AM KAMAL KAPOOR MOBILE NO [protected] RESIDENT OF HOUSE NO 1883, SECTOR 28, FARIDABAD, I PURCHASED A ONIDA WASHING MACHINE MODEL HYDRO FALL 72 S FROM ASHOKA TRADING COMPANY SHOP NO. 46,47, SECTOR 16, MARKDET, FARIDABAD121002 VIDE BILL NO. 1229 ON 23.5.10. SINCE THE BEGINING OF THE PURCHASED FROM THE FIRST MONTH THIS WASHING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WE START THE MACHINE AND AFTER RUNNING TEN MINUTES IT STOPS AND RESTARTS AGAIN AFTER 10 MINUTES AND LIKE THIS OUR CLOTHES DAMAGED DUE TO TEN MINUTES OF THE STOP OF MACHINE. WE ARE COMPLAINING SINCE THE FIRST MONTH OF THE PURCHASE OF THE MACHINE AND YOUR COMPLAINT IS ATTENDED AND PROBLEM IS FIXED TEMPERARILY BUT PROBLEM AGAIN STARTS FROM THE NEXT DAY OR SO ON. WE COMPLAINT REGULARLY AND ASK THE COMPLAINT ATTENDENT TO CHANGE THE PART AS THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOVED WITH MINOR REPAIR BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS FROM THE BIRTH OF THE WASHING MACHINE AND IT NEEDS PART CHANGE. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE PART OF THE MACHINE AND FIX THE PROBLEM. LIKE THIS WE WILL LOOSE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR COMPANY AND WILL NEVER BY ANY PRODUCT OF YOUR COMPANY kindly attend the complaint and change the part
