payments never comes on time and whenever you call them there ready with some new excuse
I got a reply from Finance team on 2/12/2013 and 4/12/2013 regarding the issue of pending payment, you assured me that the payment will be released SOON, but till now the payment is pending. please inform me how many years will take to release payments

Yes They are cheat. They just make shoppers to do the audit and after that they cancel the shop and do not pay them at all.
I am registered Mystery Shopper with Onion Insights for more than 2 years. In the course of past few years I completed multiple assignments. There was not a single instance that I had faced any issue with them. All my payments were done correctly and without any hassle. Sometimes it got delayed but I have received all the payments.
The team had always helped me in resolving all my concerns. I seriously love working with Onion Insights and getting paid for my shopping expenses.

I too had a bad experience Now there is one Ms vanshika who initially told that payment will be made after 60 days The wen i aksed she told she is looking in the matter Then their Finance Executive Ms priti wrote It will be stelled but nothing ahs been settled so far They just pass the buck but no concrete solution taken or given
The company Onion Insights (http://www.onioninsights.info) is cheating its clients. Despite my work done for them I did not receive any payment from them. I don't recommend to cooperate with them.
But later with a considerable delay I received the payment from the company Onion Insights (http://www.onioninsights.info).
I have been associate with Onion Insights from last 4 years and have successfully completed almost 100 evaluations for them. I am rightfully paid for all the assignments which I have conducted... Yes sometimes it gets delayed but it was never the case that I was not paid for the assignment...
I would highly recommend them if you want to do some exiting assignments.

To be honest I am really surprised to see all these comments about Onion Insights... 6 months before I heard about Onion Insights through my friend who is already a Mystery Shopper. He introduced me to Onion Insights and I have completed almost 10 assignments for them until now and I was paid for all the assignments that I have done for them.
I am really happy working for Onion Insights and all the team members helped me with all my queries about the Mystery Visits very professionally and even on weekends.

Get Paid to Shop was the email I had received from Onion Insights! Being a management student, I did a research about the concept of Mystery Shopping and then signed up with Onion Insights... I had conducted few assignments for them initially and waited until my payments for the first assignment to be credited... Within 60 working day I have received the payment for an assignment that I had done for a leading supermarket and then there is no looking back... I have conducted 17 assignment until now and have been receiving payments for the same regularly... Would definitely recommend them if you want to get paid for the shopping..

I always received excellent support from Onion Insights team members. Despite having language barriers, they always accommodated everything to help and ensure that the Mystery Audit is conducted successfully.
And yes I was paid for every assignments that I have done for them until now. Highly professional team and excellent company to work with to help you earn some goodies or extra money in your free time.

Moscow, Kutuzovskiy avenue 57) on the 6th of November, completed the questionnaire the same day and got 9/10 job rating. I spent my own money to complete the audit (bought the toy as it was written in the audit requirements).
Today is the 20th of February and still I'm not paid.
Mystery visit ID# is 104018.

I have the same issue with Onion Insights, I did Hamleys Audits For them in Dubai but they have not still paid me the out of pocket expenses I paid for the Purchase. I was approached by Pooja Salvi who repeatedly assured payment will be done in 45-60 Days and after that I followed up several time, no one responds. The Calls to their Phone number are unanswered .
