WE ARE SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT THE BRANCH OFFICE, ORIENTAL INSURANCE CO.LTD; NACHARAM, HYDERABAD IS ACCUMULATING POLICIES IN LARGE NUMBERS DUE TO THEIR INERTIA AND LAZINESS AND LEISURELY AT THEIR OWN CONVENIENCE SENDING THE DETAILS TO T.P.A. PUNE IN BUNCHES/CLUSTERS FOR ISSUING THE CARDS INSTEAD OF FORWARDING THE DETAILS ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS TO THEM. DUE TO THE FAULTY-FUNCTIONING OF THE BRANCH OFFICE, IT IS RESULTING IN INORDINATE DELAY AND CAUSING TERRIBLE INCONVENIENCE TO THE INSURERS. A STERN WARNING MAY THEREFORE BE ISSUED TO THE BRANCH MANAGER TO FURNISH THE DETAILS TO THE T.P.A. ON THE VERY SAME DAY THE CHEQUE IS ENCASHED THROUGH E-MAIL TO ENSURE TIMELY ISSUANCE OF IDENTITY PHOTO CARDS BY THE T.P.A. NAGAR) We, Sr. Citizens, both husband and wife are having “MEDICLAIM” Policy for the last many years from ‘Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd.’ Delhi and continued the same without any break ever since we shifted to Hyderabad 3 years back and we always take extraordinary care to get it renewed without facing any lapse. 2. This year also we have renewed it Vide SBH, Singapore Township Branch, Annojiguda Village, Ghatkesar Mandal-- cheque No.905395 dt.[protected] and the same was duly encashed. We are highly disappointed and disgusted as the Policy and TPA Identity Cards have not been delivered to us so far despite a LAPSE of one month. WE CONVEY OUR DISPLEASURE AND DISSATISFACTION TO YOU FOR YOUR INEXCUSABLE DELAY. WE HAVE MADE UMPTEEN NUMBER OF TELEPHONE CALLS TO YOUR ASSTT. BRANCH MANAGER LOKACHARI AND D. VENUGOPLA RAO, AGENT[protected] AND NOT CONVINCED WITH THEIR LAME EXCUSES. THEY SAY THAT THE T.P.A. THIS YEAR HAS BEEN CHANGED AND THE CARDS ARE TO BE ISSUED BY THE NEW TPA FROM PUNE. YOU ARE FULLY AWARE THAT WITHOUT THE POLICY IN ORIGINAL AND THE TPA IDENTIFICATION CARDS, ONE CAN’T AVAIL HOSPITALISATION IN AN EMERGENCY. HAD IT BEEN IN USA; WE WOULD HAVE SUED THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A MINIMUM MILLION US DOLLARS FOR THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE. WHEN YOU ARE FACING CUT-THROAT / STIFF COMPETITION FROM PRIVATE PLAYERS IN INSURANCE SECTOR, YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE SERVICE CONSCIOUS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF DILLY DALLYING AND HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS. IF YOU CONTINUE TO SHOW THIS SORT OF INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOUR VERY EXISTENCE WILL BE IN JEOPARDY AND THE DAY IS NOT FAR OFF, YOU WILL BE WIPED OUT FROM THE MARKET. THIS IS THE WHOLE PROBLEM WITH ‘GOOD FOR NOTHING’ GOVT. OF INDIA ORGANISATIONS. IT IS HIGH TIME THAT YOUR ORGANISATION SHOULD BE LIQUIDATED ALLOWING ONLY PRIVATE ENTERPRISES TO THRIVE IN THE MARKET.. WE INSIST THAT YOU SHOULD TAKE UP THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY AND ENSURE THAT POLICY AND TPA CARDS SHOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 48 HOURS AT LEAST FROM NOW ONWARDS AND DON’T TELL COCK AND BULL STORIES TO COVER UP YOUR INEFFICIENCY AND INCOMPETENCE. YOU OWE AN APOLOGY TO US FOR THE DEFICIENCY OF SERVICES. IN THE INSTANT CASE, PULL UP YOUR BRANCH MANAGER AND ENTER AN ADVERSE ENTRY IN HIS ‘ACR’ UNDER INTIMATION TO US. S.S. RAO & S. i m krishan kumar chopra frm meerut u.p . i hav a mediclaim policy of oriental insurance policy no.252400/48/2011/260 issued frm meerut . done by ''insurance experts'' . the co. is not issued any card against our policy we hav paid all the premium and they r not giving any card regarding our policy so plz help us and imform the authorities to issue our cardregards

Resp Sir/MamThis is to inform you that i have paid to oriental isurance compay for mediclaim policy but it is going to be over almost 1year i have not recv my policy & mediclaim card after complaing so many time no body want to listen my problem you know how important is this for anybody becz withot policy or card hospital are not ready to give treatment like this they are playing with the life of ther customer how could they done like this i m giveing you the name of there senior officer who done my policy & now when i need this he is not giveing ressponce
