in orkut, Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled i cannot send any add request to my friends please solution as soon as posible

im getting a message that the addition of friends is temperorly disable...and the this problem is from last 1 week sir/mam

In my orkut account whenever i am trying to add someone as a friend its shows a message that THE ADDITION OF FRIENDS HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY DESABLED.
Please carry out this problem permanently from my profile. this is the second time this problem have been created.

This is inform you that i am unable to add friends in my profile since the last five days. "Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled" m gettin this error message when i am adding my friends please help me. I hope that you will rectify my problem at the earliest you can.
