We have purchased a otis elevator from this company we have been facing a lot of problem with this company in regard with there rates / installation / and now services.
The company has very high annual maintenance charger and forces is customer to come under amc or else dennie you any services i would like to quart a few lines from there mail written to me

Also am kindly requesting you to renew the contract immediately to avoid the following,

1. Regular service will not be carried out since the contract was not under our scope.

2. Brake down and complaint calls also will not be attended.

3. Also lead to our clause named reconditioning & replacement, where an additional payment will be paid from your end if required.

4. Also any damage to the elevator material, loss of material of the equipment and failure of the component,
Otis will not be responsible for the same. Since contract not covered for the equipment.
