[Resolved]  Otis Elevator Company — Problem with floor buttons and lift direction

Newly installed the lift. on specific the buttons are not working as expected. To open the lift of 3rd floor if you press the down button, the lift goes to the ground floor and stays there. then you need to press the up button to call the lift again and it then opens.
