M/s.Bharat Forge & Press sent acourier through your dockect No.88894163 dt.24.12.08 from Vadodara to Kakinada (A.P)

Till date we have not received the above courier and there is no proper response and when contacting the mobile is switched off.

I had to receive a courier from FIITJEE, DELHI' But I was not present at my home at that day.
Then I was called by your employee that I had a courier to my name.
I was also told to collect it next day from local office in KOTA(RAJASTHAN) as I live here.

But when I went there to collect it I was told that the courier has already been resend to JAIPUR while I had been told that it would be kept till next day.

In this course I suffered economically and time also

I Had sent courier through Over Night courier on 8th Jan 09. from Vadodara, Gujarat. I have recieved the courier back on my adress on 19th Jan. 09 and have not reached the destination.
On inquiry with your courier service man, the destination address is said to be incomplete.
The address given below is the perfect address provided by the company itself.

So as a customer, I am extremly dissatisfied and I need to know why this highly important cover has been returned and did not reach on time.
You being an international courier service should inform the customer immediately if there is any problem in sending the cover to its destination. I have recived this cover back after 11 days..on the other hand you say it an overnight courier service.

Kindly clear my doubts and provide appropriate customer services to send my cover to destination on time.

why you charge more than other courier services.
