After all the complete address with PIN code, Mob No., Landline No. they returned the courier 0n 04.04.09 from Ara (Bihar) and 06.04.09 from Patna without any query about address and any coll wherw as the courier branch is within 2 kilometer from my house (address). This showes that the careless, cheap, irresponsible & poor quality of service. So why should not take legal initative against the courier company in consumer forum. So provide me the reason about the return of my courier due to it is a very important document which is neccessary to deliver on time which is dispatch by the ICICI Prudential Life. Insu. Co. Ltd. I hope you will co-operate with me.

Overnight Courier Service — Admit card not received
I am a student who is trying to get into Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. I had to get my admit card for the examination through OVERNIGHT COURIER SERVICE on 25th of may 2009 but I haven't got it till now whereas they are saying that it has been already delivered. It is a very important document for me and I have been studying for this exam since last three months.
