[Resolved] Oxicash.in — Failed Transaction but no Refund | |||
I was trying to purchase a BSNL topup voucher worth Rs. 220/- on oxicash.in on my wallet id: 98462XXXXX. At the last step of the transaction I received a message that the voucher is out of stock, but surprisingly the amount was debited from my oxicash account. I waited for 2 days to see whether the amount would be automatically refunded back. Since this did not happen, I raised a complaint with the customer care, they said that the amount would be refunded within 24 hrs. This too did not happen. I called them to get the status of my complaint but they were not able give me the status and told me that they would give a call back. Its been more than a week and I have not yet received call from them. I send them several emails to get the status of my complaint but no response. They are trying to cheat people, by not offering customer service. Please let me know hoe I could take up this issue seriously. Was this information helpful? | |||

2. I WAS BOOKED TRAIN TICKET(THAKKAL) ON 12/05/10 ( CHENNAI EGMORE TO VISHAKAPATTINAM) BUT I GOT WAITING LIST ONLY, TICKET WAS NOT CONFORMED UPTO CHART PREPARED TIME. THE TICKET BOOKING AMOUNT RS. 670/- NOT RETURNED.
SO, PLZ SOLVE THIS PROBLUM AS SOON AS POSIBBLE.
