Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Deepak, have found the need to submit a consumer complaint against the online 'e-wallet' service of Oxicash. I tried to use their online service of recharging my RuneScape account for membership (online MMORPG game, www.runescape.com) but it doesn't work. The website of Oxicash states that the website was updated and could affect some transactions. When I contacted the service center, I was told that it would be fixed by the Wednesday of the week but still it hasn't been fixed.
This problem has been noted since 25 Dec, 2010 till now.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I am one of the victims of this fraud. Only once I could reach the Customer Care who said it would be rectified soon and thereafter, the line is always busy. This is a genuine case of fraud and action has to be taken. This news also has to be propagated so that others are aware.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I, Deepak, have found the need to submit a consumer complaint against the online 'e-wallet' service of Oxicash. Recently I bought 3 of RS 100 vouchers of oxicash to top up my account on their website, but even after entering the voucher pin, my account was not topped up. When I tried again, it said the vouchers were used already.
    This problem has been observed since 25th December till now.

    My complaint is that my account was not topped up even after using the voucher pins worth Rs 300.

    Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

            On 11-12-10 a mobile top up of Rs. 55 was done through SBI mobile banking service vide their Tid No.[protected] for BSNL mobile No. [protected] but no talk time added in my mobile account. I was contacted to SBI customer care and it is known that it the servide provider who has not given the talk time It is therefore requested that either the BSNL or "OXIGEN" may be approaced to give the top up or amount may be reversed soon. Further no responses are being received from BSNL as well as Oxigen. Please matter may be looked into and an immediate action may be taken.

              i am a oxigen retailer. my merchant id is 15020777. i was good working till november month 2010. but there problem come at few days because company make a new distributor. he do not work good. he did not rechazed my account at the time so i could not book railway ticket & mobile recharze. coustmer are saying me that i am not working their work at the time. i complain to mr. Ritesh (A.M. of company) but he avoid me.i give to advance mony to distributor, but he did not recharzed my account at the time.

              so i kindlly request you to solved my problem immediatelly that i booked ticket & recharze very well.

                Where did you put your request for your topup? The source is highly important for a valid activation of any sorts. In any case, I think you should just drop by at any Aircel retail shop and discuss the matter with Aircel customer care for a clearer picture.

                    Dear sir/Madam,
                    Kindly pay attention my complaint, my complain is That I have send a request (through sms vending Reg.Mobile NO. [protected], is a Reliance GSM UPeast)of Rs. 50 for Reliance CDMA mobile No. [protected] in the date of 4th Oct, 2010 at about 7:05 PM., this recharge has been done and I received confirmation message of successful, my balance was deducted from A/C Balance.
                    Next we remind you same transaction was made by you and received two confirmation message of transaction of Rs. 50 for Reliance Mobile No.[protected] in the date of 6th Oct,2010 at 8:46 AM concequently . The balane is deducted also this time again.
                    In above mentioned statements we want to say that In the date of 6th Oct,2010 before 9:00 AM, I have no sent any request of recharge then how is it possible ? In this reference when I contact your customer care they have not believe in me and said, that I (Narendra Singh) am telling a lie, the call was disconnected by your cust.Care.
                    At the same day then I have contact the customer care of Reliance, due to server buzy we could not take detail of sms. Late night again when I contact the Reliance customer care, He realize that you have no sent any message before 9:00 AM in the date of 6th Oct, 2010.
                    My question are :
                    1. How is it possible ?
                    2. Who is responsible for this loss ? whether I am saying that I have no send any message Before 9:00 AM in the date of 6th Oct,2010 and Reliace customer care also support me on this issue.
                    In the reference of above complaint we advise you Please contact customer care of Reliance and justify my complain.

                          Oxicash is an E valet service offered by OXIGEN SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, Gurgaon.

                          On 27th July I transferred by Electronic transfer a sum of Rs.5000 to my E valet account from my Citibank account to their State Bank of India A/c.Citi bank's statement reflects that it has been transferred on 28th July 2010.

                          I have not received credit for that (Top up) in my E valet even after 8 days. I lodged a complaint thro' their website (Feedback Ref id 28692) on the third day. Lodged an SMS complaint also on the 6th day. What concerns me is that their Customer care phones are always on 'Answering machine' mode and repeated attempts (more than 10 times) at different times of the day to contact them have failed.
                          At last thro' an overseas relative I called and they picked up the call on 4th August2010. Customer care person Ms.Sonya maintained that this was a NEW complaint and gave a new complaint Reference Number[protected].
                          Some control systems are either weak or non-existent; their Web Application to Accounting system interface has some lapses too. the online Funds transfer is triggered through their website after logging thro my E valet id/Mobile phone.
                          Where did the money go? I had to do some important Railway reservations. Now I may have to pay Tatkal ticket prices or travel by Air. Who will pay for the excess fares?

                          Pl arrange for tracing the funds which will be lying in their float funds(Suspense) account and arrange for the 'Top up' of my e valet.

                                  I was trying to purchase a BSNL topup voucher worth Rs. 220/- on oxicash.in on my wallet id: 98462XXXXX.

                                  At the last step of the transaction I received a message that the voucher is out of stock, but surprisingly the amount was debited from my oxicash account. I waited for 2 days to see whether the amount would be automatically refunded back.

                                  Since this did not happen, I raised a complaint with the customer care, they said that the amount would be refunded within 24 hrs. This too did not happen. I called them to get the status of my complaint but they were not able give me the status and told me that they would give a call back. Its been more than a week and I have not yet received call from them.

                                  I send them several emails to get the status of my complaint but no response.

                                  They are trying to cheat people, by not offering customer service.

                                  Please let me know hoe I could take up this issue seriously.

                                        I am a oxigen retailer. my merchant ID is 41082701.I was working from 5/7/2010. but there problem come at few days because company's distributor leave his distribution ship and no one is there to recharge my accout. So that i could not perform my job of recharge & book tickets by using oxi rail. Due to this my oxirail login was blocked, but my oximall is working. So you are requested to tell me the better option to activate my oxirail to give continue services to customers by booking trail tickets. Do need full as early as possible.

                                        Sir, My retailer ID is 35003092. I came across the problem o[censored]nsuccessful transaction due to technical problem at service provider's end. But the same unsuccessful transaction was declared successful after 20/30 minutes or so. This makes us reluctant to make transactions, for the transacted amount was already returned to the customer. Sir, wouldn't it be better if technical errors, if any is/are reported to the retailers through their registered numbers so that transactions do not take place at such situations?
