Dear sir/Madam,
Kindly pay attention my complaint, my complain is That I have send a request (through sms vending Reg.Mobile NO. [protected], is a Reliance GSM UPeast)of Rs. 50 for Reliance CDMA mobile No. [protected] in the date of 4th Oct, 2010 at about 7:05 PM., this recharge has been done and I received confirmation message of successful, my balance was deducted from A/C Balance.
Next we remind you same transaction was made by you and received two confirmation message of transaction of Rs. 50 for Reliance Mobile No.[protected] in the date of 6th Oct,2010 at 8:46 AM concequently . The balane is deducted also this time again.
In above mentioned statements we want to say that In the date of 6th Oct,2010 before 9:00 AM, I have no sent any request of recharge then how is it possible ? In this reference when I contact your customer care they have not believe in me and said, that I (Narendra Singh) am telling a lie, the call was disconnected by your cust.Care.
At the same day then I have contact the customer care of Reliance, due to server buzy we could not take detail of sms. Late night again when I contact the Reliance customer care, He realize that you have no sent any message before 9:00 AM in the date of 6th Oct, 2010.
My question are :
1. How is it possible ?
2. Who is responsible for this loss ? whether I am saying that I have no send any message Before 9:00 AM in the date of 6th Oct,2010 and Reliace customer care also support me on this issue.
In the reference of above complaint we advise you Please contact customer care of Reliance and justify my complain.

I am one of the victims of this fraud. Only once I could reach the Customer Care who said it would be rectified soon and thereafter, the line is always busy. This is a genuine case of fraud and action has to be taken. This news also has to be propagated so that others are aware.
