[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

My pan no. is AQGPG6901N, i applied for my pan card long ago they said that they send it by post, till now i didnot receive it. 4 times i visited post office ( Tilak nagar and manapada post office dombivali mumbai) but all time they told me that they could not received the same. plz help me that where is my pan card actually. If possible give me the address and telephone no. of concerned post office.

My self Revathy N. I've applied for PAN Card and got my PAN Card number, but still date I've not recieved my PAN card and i have applied before 8 months(May) back.

My name is Pravin Marotrao Naxine and I've applied for PAN Card and got my PAN number, but till date I've not recieved my PAN card. I 've made numerous calls to the PAN office, but their number always remains busy. My PAN no. is AIAPN2444D. I've sent numerous mails to their e-mail address, but all I've got is a poor service and recieved no response from them. If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I'd be ever grateful to you.

Sir,
I have recently received my PAN card.However I had mistakenly written my year of birth in the application form as 1983 instead of 1984, Now the same has come printed in my PAN card.
My correct date of birth is 27/10/1984, where as in the PAN card it is printed as 27/10/1983.
Please rectify the same or let me know if any further action is needed from my side.
