[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I ve applied 4 pan card in nov 2008.my ack. no is [protected].due 2 Proof Of Adrees discrepancy my application hold.bt i ve fax my that document when i recived ur mail.and i ve courier 2 times that document.bt i ll nt get any status.abt my pan application.i am trying ur care centre but no body response. i need it urgently.pls call me [protected].

My self Habeeb Mohamed, I have applied for Pan Card Change online through NSDL website on 15th Jan 2009 and paid the amount of Rs.67 through credit card.
My order.no.is[protected],
My Bank ref.no is 58843,
ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER: [protected] and
My PAN no is AUSPM6750D.

I had couriered my documents also.Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.
