[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Respected sir, my name is karhale janardhan ramrao i have applied for pan card on 10 may 2008 my pan card application no. is [protected] & coupan no. is BAUPK3335B yet to get my contact no. [protected] on NSDL website the status is showing as inn null kindly i requuest to you please issue me pan card as soon as possible.

Sir my self sivannarayana. I applied for pan card through agent on 05/01/2010. application number is[protected]. coupon number is[protected].

i applied with election identity and SSC marck list. and also given my office id. i did chek status in online, but it will shows Your application is under the process.

How many days it will take the clear this status.

Plz send the status of PAN card. Very Urgent for this. Once u can send the status, then i will decide for appling for the one more PAN card through the other Agent.

I applied for my pan card long ago they said that they send it by post till now i didnot receive because i am outside of city. My acknowledge No is -[protected].

sir, i had took mutual fund policy recently, they send all details of that, but same time they wrote your PAN NOT OK.. LET me know, that means what?

Name as per Income Tax Department database is 'VIJAYALAKSHMI MOGILAPPA '.But My Original data is (Applicant Name)Last Name is VIJAYALAKSHMI, (Father Name)First Name is SIDDHA MOGILISHWAR. Please change the data and Issue the New PAN card. Proof is I have submitted two times in UTI PAN service Center Madurai AFFIDAVID. Kindly Issue the PAN card Quickly as Possible.

Hello Sir,

I have applied for my new pan card on 12 feb from pune (M.H).When i call income tax office Mumbai .he told that you should call pune.when I saw status of my Pan card on site. so i am submitted documents again whatever is required for the verification process on last Friday().
But I am still waiting for my PAN Number and card. So I request you a lot please do needful ASAP.
I need PAN number and Pan CARD immediately.

I had applied for a pancard A.C No:[protected].When I enquired about my application status Iam informed that the card had been despatched to me on 06.01.2009 by post and the card number is AUUPP3536G but tilldate I have not received.
