my self gopal bhogibhai bagthaliya . sir i want to know about my pan card status because already i forgot my pan cards . and i havent any proof of that pan no so pls help me, i have very urgent require of this pan no.and my dob is 20/10/1980. and my parmenant add is "jay gopal", st no 4, sardar nagar, chakkar gadh road, amreli 365601.{gujarat}.

I have completed the necessary documents and again sumitted on 11th December 2009.
Till date I have not received pan card with changes. I have contacted your " IT PAN Service center Jaipur 4RJA 103 I.T.Services Cell Belapur " many times. They told me my details send to ITR department for veryfication. I saw my detils in your site "JURISDICTION:RJN/W/106/4. Since last three month still it is under process? I am facing many problem with my present card.
You are requested to look into the matter and necessary action please.

Sir, I had applied for a pancard on 19th May 2008. My Application Sr.No. is[protected] and Processing fee coupon no is[protected].When I enquired about my application status I am informed that the card had been despatched but tilldate(22/03/2010) I have not received. When i logged in to the NSDL website the status of the PAN card is shown as dispatched.My PAN number that has been issued to me is APZPB7512E.
