[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

pan card of my sister has been misplace after that i have applied again for pan card but still i dont recieved any responce. her old pan no. is AMOPK5983L
AND NEW APPLICATION AKNOWLEDGEMENT NO IS[protected]. IT IS REQUESTED TO YOU PLEASE CHECK AND CONFIRM ME ABOUT PAN CARD OF MY SISTER.

haven't got my pan card.i have inform the particular office but they didn't show any response from their side

My wife SANTOSH YADAV d/o KANHI RAM YADAV resident of 436/3 sector 12-A road (Prem Nagar) Gurgaon - 122001, had applied for her PAN CARD and the same was reported to be issued by Income Tax department with NO. ADZPY5744P and was reported to be dispached on 22/08/2009 but the same was never received at our address.
I shall be highly greatful to you i[censored] get my grievance redressed.

My name is Vikas Chandar Bhardwaj and I have applied for PAN Card from Karvy Data management Service ltd, Acknowledgment No. is [protected] dt.23.02.10, but i have not receive any status from your side till date. I have follow many times in pan card status but it shows other persons pan card status in same acknowledgment number. I think it is fraud. please look this matter and despatch my pan card earlier as possible.

Sir, I Mr. JAYANTA KASHYAP SARMAH . Pan no -BJXPS6204F . Sir apply for pan card but the name was wrongly written in the pan card as JAYANTA SASHYAP SARMAH instead of JAYANTA KASHYAP SARMAH . SO, i request you to correct the name and send us the same . Please sir its my warm request you to do the needful as early as possible .
