I applied for PAN card through Bajaj Capital, Ambattur, Chennai on 5th July 2008 and didn't get it till date. The status search on the net says "Sorry, no matching data found". What should I do to get the PAN?

it is respectfully given information that Indresh rai, s/o Bisheshwor prasad singh rai, date of birth[protected], pan card no. is AOQPR3612D has given false address proof for making this pan card.No duplicate pan card should be issue. it might missuse it in future. He is nepali. i m sending original pan card . kindly cancelled it.
