[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

hi,
i applied a pan card on dec 2006.but i havent recieved my pan card.after that i given complnt then they given my pan no.but in system its showing that delivered.pan no(AKDPR5605H)

Hi All,

I have received my PAN card last month with a spelling mistake. Name printed as RAGHAVENDRAN instead of RAGAVENDRAN. I have filled my PAN card Application correctly and the person who made the mistake i don't know...

I have sent a mail to a UTI service desk with those attachments for enquiry, they simply say send ur original PAN card...

Is this a way a PAN card name printed?
Then why this Application needs to be filled by us? The responsilbe person should be careful in doing this...

There is no service centre or office to reprint.. i need to send this to unkonwn place at mumbai. I don't have any contact person to get the status...

Can any one help me in this..

Hi this is vishal v shriyan i had applied for the pan
card on 24th july 2007 hand over to jayanagar pan
office(bangalore)with application form and my DL xerox
as add proof and checked in internet in google as pan
search where i got details as PAN No:BYNPS3311L FIRST
NAME:VISHAL MIDDLE NAME:VISHWANATH SURNAME:SHRIYAN
JURISDICTION:KAR/W/312/4 these things i got but i
haven't received my pan card can you pls check and tell
me the status like when will i get my pan card...

I applied for the my name change in PAN card No.AEUVP0087J and got the reference number[protected] but i have not yet received my New Pan card (with name change from Ms Swapnali Suresh Vichare to New name Mrs Swapnali Rajan Ghag)
