[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

dear sir/ mam
this is anuj gupta, last year i have applied for the PAN card but i did not get the card, my acknowledgement no. was [protected] .
last month again i have applied for the PAN and the acknowledgement no. is [protected] and this time also i have not got the card i am not able to understand that where i am wrong i am worry about my pan card because i am working with a company and they required the pan card . please tell me that how i will get my pan card

i have apply for a fresh credit card of credit card no.[protected]. i have already paid for the charge of a fresh credit card. Sr. Officer Mr. Swapnil and Mr. Kamar Ali are not interested to sovle the custmer problem. after around two months till today i have not received my credit card due to Bule Dart courier was the worst and i had really surprise that there was no correspondance with the customer. if i will not get my credit card within 3 days than i have to take a legal action against credit card department.
