[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I had applied my pan card but I did'nt get my pan card. my application serial no. is[protected] and my processing coupon number is[protected]. when will you send my pan card becauz i need too much. I am waiting for your positive response.

My name is SUNIL KUMAR H.P. I have applied for pan card on 08th jul 2008. My pan card ack no: is [protected] & Permanent Account Number (PAN) : BXYPS8039M .but till now I have not recieved my PAN card.the courier people are saying that ' due to address inconvinience, it has been resent to MUMBAI ' .so inorder to get my PAN card what shud I do ?

On NSDL website, the status is : Your PAN card has been delivered on 30-Jul-2008 by Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application.

My name is Dinesh Singh kushwaha and I've applied for PAN Card and got my PAN number on 26th of Sep'06, but till date I've not recieved my PAN card. I 've made numerous calls to the PAN office. My coupon no. is[protected], application no.[protected] and my PAN no. is ASKPK6699H. I've sent already many many times mails to pan card service. but all I've got is a poor service and recieved no response from them. If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I don't want my card missuse by any. please help me. I'd be ever grateful to you.

have to mention you sir that so far i have not received the pan card.requesting to look in to the matter as soon as you see this mail. hence i hope to see positive response. my doubt is it may have sent to a wrong address.therefore requesting to inform
