[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

Dear sir/mam

I had applied for pan card 3 years ago and also get pan number that is AYCPS4483R.

but still now i have not receive my pan card, will you please tell me what can I do for it right now, this card is very essential for me, I am a government contractor and failed to give tender in various work for this, please if possible arrange the same for me.
otherwise tell me can reapply for this while i have already a pan number AYCPS4483R

I gave a complaint letter to PAN card UTI service center. I am waiting for my the reply. But I did not PAN card or reply for the PAN Card. I would like to have the Pan card as soon as possible, as I need to submit Pan card details in office.

my pan card coupan no.:[protected] .I had applied for Pan Card on uti matual fund on 02.09.2009.serial no:[protected].coupan no:[protected].sir i applied for my pan card long ago they said that they send it by post till now i didnot receive it. If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I'd be ever grateful to you.

I have applied PAN card on 9.1.2007 vide application sr. no:[protected] and pancard no: ALWPB7605H. AStill I have not received so far. Please confirm & do the needful.

I have submitted the PAN application bearing No:[protected], dt: 17.10.08 to I.T. PAN Service centre @ Malleswaram, Bangalore.
Till now i have not received the CARD. My friend applied later than that has already got the card. Kindly let me know the status.

I lost my PAN card in travelling the ref: no. is AHKPN2389J, if there is any proceduce to get DUPLICATE card, pls. provide me a DUPLICATE PAN card.
