[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I APPLIED ONE MOTH BEFORE. RECEIVED THE NUMBER. NO-AYNPP7094G AND COMPLAINED TWICE WITH NO RESPONSE.

Dear Sir,
yesterday i received my sister's pan card, the no. of her pan card is AWJPM7036R, but found error in her date of birth in place of 07/10/1986 printed in card is 07/10/1983.
therefore, requesting you to please suggest how i will correct this as per instruction found with pan card that should return on mentioned address, today i have already returned through courier, so please issue the new one with correct data.

My pan number is AKQPA4040C. Pan card was posted on 20th Nov 2007 but not received yet. I did not receive the pan card after repeated requets. Request you to send as early as possible for the below address as I have to submit for bank.
