[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

I phool wati applied for a new PAN card on 02 may, 08. My acknowledgment Number is [protected]. My pan nomber was AAOPW3815B.

I don't have any information or get PAN card. please let us me know the status the pan card is despatch or not.

I applied for pan card in the month of aug 2008 . My pan number is ALRPP7111M i applied for the same and i dindt received any receipt or anything

hey sir i am Dharmender singh worked in government job.I have applied for pan card long ago.I have not yet received the Pan card.My pan card no BDCPS28899K is coming my montly payment statement.so I enquired about my pancard number so that I cofirmed that This pancard number is mine.Therefore Ijust applied for new pan card.
