[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

PLS KINDLY TELL MY STATUS OF PAN CARD. I still did not get pan card on my address. As I got sms through mobile no.[protected] and panc card no. is ARXPB4997M. Sms Said that pan card no. despatched on 6/12/08 but I still did not get my pan card.

my application form 49 sr no[protected], coupon number[protected]. i submitted my application on 21 nov 2008 at nagpur office but i cant received yet my card and when i check stutus then website reply - no data found. what i do now. plz guide me regarding this problem

BY EXPRESSIT LOGISTICS WORLDWIDE LTD. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]. it's PAN CARD NOT DELIVERED.

Hi,
I had applied for pan card some 30 days before but i didn't recive it yet. when i checked online it is showing that card has been dispatched on 28-NOV-2008.
