i have misplaced my pan card (no.AHTPA5152D).it is not traceable since last 3-4 months.kindly help me.

I have mis placed my pan card. The number is AGAPJ5304Q Jurisdiction is APR/W/57/3.Pl asst me to have a duplicate pan card

myself Deepak Kushwaha has not received my PAN card.but status of my pan card shows it has been delivered by expressit logistics worldwide ltd. on 30 June 2011 by courier vide airway bill no. [protected], but here is not avilable expressit logistics worldwide ltd.courier service.
