I have applied for pan card mvide application form N;[protected] of dr 18 ep 2010 /Coupon Number[protected] .In this connection PAN card has been issued by your office bearing No ABWPI6803L but the same has not been received by me till date. Request to intimate the name of the corrier / corrier number so as to enable me to contact with the courier agency. An early action is requested please.

It is alarming that even after 5 months I have not recieved my Pan Card Yet I (Sharata Chandra Swain) have deposited my Application No[protected] at IT PAN Service at Kolkata. Please expedite the same as the Department (Paradip Port Trust) is pressing hard to submit the same for e-payment.

I applied for pan card on 11.08.2010 in the name of Kirti Joshi vide processing fee coupan no.

[protected] & application form sr.no.[protected] but till date I have not received my pan card .

Kindly look into the matter & arrange to send the pan card on my address.My address

As I have lost my pan card, I had applied for the same after observing all formalities on 14/06/2010 at an NSDL authorised centre at Guwahati ( Shell Transource Ltd.- AAACN2082NST001-ST/MUM/DIV-III/BAS/2847 ). Bank statement was submitted thrice, and yet the pan card is yet to be received. Pan No.is ASDPS3391R.
