Dear Sir/Madam, I Richa Choudhary have applied for change/correction in My Pan Card No-AFRPA0139E and submitted all the required documents to NSDL Office, Sapphire Chamber, Baner , Pune . Today (22/09/2011) i called to your Baner office and came to know that my Pan Card had already been delivered on 3/09/2011 via Express IT courier and received by some Apporva on 5/09/2011 whom i don't know and have no connection with me. To bring in your kind notice that till date ( 22/09/2011) , i have not received mu PAN Card . I have applied pan card and i have allotted the PAN no. ARGPT0899P the card was dispatched to my address by courier through first flight courier airway bill no. ZB1434407 on 21/09/12 but i have not received my PAN card.
So i request you to kindly send the same by registered post to me.
