[Resolved]  Paramount Symphony — I am regular and happy

There are so many builders, but I never found any builder who is concern about their customer
problem. At any point of time we can go and reach Paramount builders to get our problem solved and
we always get benefits from them time to time.

My dream home my flat in Paramount Symphony. It is so beautiful having big room sizes, very
attractive layout club designing is very unique, I am very excited to have my flat there. (R.C GUPTA

I am an owner of Floraville flat. The best thing attracts me in Paramount Floraville is their layout, the facilities which I have never seen anywhere like drying clothes facilities in balconies. I suggest My friends to book a flat there only.

I am went to Paramount Office and through their marketing staff we got to know about the consultants they have hired for landscaping of their project I saw the planning of the club they are making it is so beautiful designed that I made my final decision in booking my flat in Paramount symphony. I am very happy to have my dream home with group and suggest you all for this property.
DONT GET MISLED BY THE ABOVE 'SATISFACTION SAGA', AS I TOLD IN EARLIER THREAD THAT PARAMOUNT IS GOOD MANIPULATOR, THIS IS AN EXAMPLE. BTW IF ANYBODY WANT I HAVE LIST OF 108 CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN CHEATED IN PARAMOUNT SYMPHONY.

THERE IS ALREADY A GROUP CALLED "MAPS- MEMBER ASSOCIATION OF PARAMOUNT SYMPHONY" OF WHICH I AM ALSO A MEMBER. THE PARAMOUNT MANAGEMENT IS BIG CHEAT, THEY CONSTRUCTED 33% ADDITIONAL FLATS THAN WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY PLANNED. THE BUILDER FLEXES MUSCLE WHEN U PROTEST.

SEE WE HAVE ALREADY SUFFERED AND SUCCUMBED TO OUR DESTINY, BUT DO NOT WANT OTHER GENUINE PEOPLE TO SUFFER IN THEIR NEW PROJECT.

SEEING IS BELIEVING, JUST GO & VISIT THE SITE AND COMPARE IT WITH BROCHURE - U WILL GET THE ANSWER. PARAMOUNT IS FRAUD.
So is their anyway we can take any legal action against them...i m nt very sure but in their allotment letter they have mentioned all the rules in faivour of the builder...but still anybody any ideas...
The symphony project has been delayed and there have been FAR voilation, reduction in green area, change of layout etc etc . That seems to be the reason why they are lowest proced homes in every project . One should not go by the sample flat . Please talk to owners of previous projects .
I am very unhappy with this project. They pepole just telling fake.I will never suggest any person to purchase a home from Pramount Symphony

PAramount Floraville sector 137, At the time of booking they told they will use "FLY ASH BRICKS" but i just saw yesterday they are just using simple RED bricks, please check and Ask Paramount to use "FLY ASH BRICKS" else If you had booked a flat there, you will be in great problem in future, as this is use to reduce heat in Summer and keeps house Temp. less.

I agree with the complaints recorded by Paramount Floraville buyers. Although the Paramount Group claims to be a client friendly group, they do not believe in this policy. We have booked an apartment at Floraville. Since booking of the flat we have kept in regular contact with the staff responsible for our tower and kept them them posted about some of the personal problems we have been facing. As good clients we wanted to keep the senior staff also abreast of these developments and kept requesting for names for the seniors during our numerous personal visits to both the corporate office and at site. The standard reply we have been getting at both the places has been that 'there is no need to meet the senior staff and we will inform them of our discussion'. Even the request to make written representations were ignored. So much so the Paramount staff would not disclose the names of their seniors and I had to obtain these through my bankers. This is so frustrating. Is there anyone to listen to our plight at Paramount???
Dear CJS - There is only one name, which works - Mukesh Agarwal (MD). Try to approach him. He is the one who listen and can get you any solution, though a bit manupulator too but a good guy.
