[Resolved]  Paramount Symphony — Reduction of 50% green area of Symphony project at Crossings Republik

I wish to lodge a complain against Paramount Builder, who is constructing a residential apartment project at Crossings Republik in the name of Symphony, Orchid, Panorama etc.

I wish to inform that Paramount has completely changed their layout plan of the project and have added three additional residential towers. This is effecting the green area provided by the builder, and reducing to the half than the earlier. In the green belt, builder had committed to provide various facities e.g. swimming pools, club, parks for children & senior citizens etc., which will be either reduced to half or will not be there, while the popullation to use these facilities will increase by 50%.

Paramount is a cheater and stealing the hard earned money of the investers. Mukesh Agarwal is the owner of this company, who is paying no attention to the various calls & communication made to him and his people.

There is already a dumping ground issue, which is in the court, and now it is another issue.

Paramount is coming up with a new project at Noida on the name of Floraville. They are again showing the same gimmicks to attract people, while wrong commitments.

I request all the prospective buyers to stay away from this builder & thier projects.

The other cheaters in this group are Ajnara, Gaur & Supertech, who never fulfill their commitments.

Symphony — high rates

hello i have purchased a symphony cooler on 29-6-09 from national enterprises 3.narayanpuri gate court road saharanpur uttar pradesh, 247001. and the owner charged higher prices of a symphony sumo go cooler He charged 7700Rs.although the rates on internet are Rs.7100 only???? and the book number is 67 and serial number 6666..i want my problem to be solved as soon as possible??? i'll be highly obliged.?
I had read the complaint and the complaint is actually against Paramount. There is nowhere mention the involvement of other builders in the Said mischief.

Therefore, it can not be agreed with argument "The other cheaters in this group are Ajnara, Gaur & Supertech, who never fulfill their commitments.". There should be proper justification for every statement.

As far as I new about Ajnara Builders, they are very much stick to their commitments and layout plans. While other builders mentioned in the comments is also a well developed past reputation.

Finally, I advice the plaintiff to go through the plan structure with his allotment and then write to consumer complaint

This is really surprising to know that Paramount is doing this. I have couple of friends, who are staying in the building in Kaushambi, which is built by Paramount. They are very satisfied customers, with their quality of work, plan & completion time.

If Paramount will act like this, they will loose their face value in the time to come.

As far as other builders are converned, I agree Gaur & Supertech are cheaters. None of their project is upto mark or given on time. Changing the site plan is a routine for them. However, I'm yet to come across to Ajnara builder.

I have been investing in Paramount projects since last 10 years and I found them customer friendly and trustworthy. As far as the mentioned case is concerned I think there is some misunderstanding in the conceptualization of the project at your end .there were 5 towers in phase-I & in phase –II and it is progressing in the same way.
So far as the facilities are concerned I think It is still one of the best in CROSSINGS REPUBLIK.
I thank Ashu, for this update. This is ridiculous. I was thinking to invest in Paramount's Floraville project at Sec-137 in Noida. Last Sunday I visited the site also and have negotiated the deal with their agent. However, before paying the 10% advance, I just wanted to consult few of my friends and just visited the web to find the goodwill of this builder, and fortunately viewed your above comments about their Crossings project.

As I got to know from other sources that Paramount have done few small projects earlier and Floraville & Crossings are its major projects. One of the relative of my friend have invested in their Symphony project in Crossings Republik and he confirmed the above, as written by you. The builder has converted its 2 towers in the name of Orchid & Mapple, from 6 to 12 flats/floor. This simply means adding 2 towers. Further, they also have added a new tower in the name of Panorama. I also got to know that, earlier it had to be 15 storey building and now they have increased it to 22 floors. This is the case with all the builders in Crossings.

This is simply a case of cheating. If they are cheating the people in Crossings, then who can stop them for their other project.

In the long run, this will definitely hamper the image of such builders.

Anyway, thanks for your input and saving me to get a disappointment at a later date.
It is very eye opener to find the grievances of actual owners on this portal.

Me & my two friends were also thinking to invest in Paramount Floraville apartment in Sec-137, Noida.

However, after going through the above comments, we are now refraining ourself.

I'm also one of the sufferer of this project. Its very disheartening to see the changes in their layout every six months. They are erecting more & more towers.

With the rise in the population and decrease in the area, the actual burden is going to increase by 100% for sure.

I wish no one should invest in Paramount's property.

very true ...infact the builder seems to have lost some money due to recession and the expected profit is not there ..they would be compensating by adding new towers in Crossings and Floraville
DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY IN PARAMOUNT!!!

Yes, please read this as a big warning, they had released a layout plan for Floraville at the time of the launch and now they have totally changed the layout and added 4 more towers to the plan. What is most ridiculous is that they shifted the towers they had already "sold" and squeezed new ones in their place and with this wonderful gimmik the builder is all set to cash in on the beautiful swimming pool view "once again"!!!

I would totally agree when a builder says they had saved a few towers for Phase II or maybe Phase III but how do you justify selling flats to customers in Phase I and then comepletly "relocating" those towers to squeeze in new ones to cash in on the "View" all over again????

I have also burnt my fingers with Paramount in their Crossings project. First, they were to construct 6 towers, while now, its increased to 9 towers. Further, I'm so dissappointed to see thier actual finished flat in one tower. They have used Grade-C sanitary material and electrical fittings. On the lift, they have put channel shutter in the lift, which is old system. No one in the mordern apartments put channel.

Also, they have mentioned so many luxurious facilities in their brochure, while other than swimming pool and club house, I can find anyhting else at the construction site. They don't have the space to facilitate all this.

I'm so disaapointed with this builder. Shame on them for cheating people.
I think this is not true. All you can be wrong. I know Paramount builder for years and he is a good builder. Paramount is known for its quality and features. Symphony and Floraville is their dream project. Paramount give possetion on time. I invested in their many project and find it to be a good builder. You can buy first than only you can say.
The deaf ears of Paramount have got skilled in playing with the emotions of their existing buyers. Hence, they have named their new project as "emotions" in Noida Extn.

I have read few comments regarding the floraville project of paramount which few of the mail senders are not booking because of some misunderstanding in some misunderstanding in some other project of the said developer.I myself had visited the floraville project of the paramount at the expressway .the first impression which the sample flat at site gives is something which is not available in NCR, the automated homes of such level are being provided by paramount for the first time in NCR.the sizes of the rooms, which found after my survey in the area are the largest.All this is available at the most affordable and pocket freindly price.I would like to suggest such prospective buyers of floraville to clarify the misunderstanding created by some people and not to loose the opprtunity of having a good property with paramount.

Paramount Group as I know for last almost 10 years have constructed and handed over gud quality product to the customers more the delivery had been as per schedule.
As mentioned by few of friends there may be some misunderstanding regarding the additional construction, this group as far as my knowledge and experience goes had been adhering to building by laws laid down by the local authorities and always been a customer friendly company.
I am a buyer of Paramount Executive floor, I would like to share my views with you all that
when I bought my fat there was one more builder omaxe in same locality they made executive floors.
But today the market rate in comparison to omaxe the rates of Paramount Executive floors is very high
because of their good quality construction and after sales services. I am very happy with their services
and I suggested my lots of collegues and friends to invest in their project. Now I am regular and happy
customer of Paramount.
Seema ji, Deepak ji & Rachna ji - I am a buyer in Paramount's Symphony project and I was also happly like you till six months back. An excellent sample flat with the max. floor area. But my dream got shattered, when the builder changed the whole project layout, as explained by Mr. Sharma above. I have now seen my actual flat, which is totally different than the sample flat. It seems Chinese brands have been used for various fittings in the flats. We were told the super area ratio for the flat would be 80-20, which is now coming as 68-32 for my actual flat, which is very low as per the industry standard.

I also trusted the little known Paramount, after getting the views from people like you. Symphony was their first major project. However, now I really feel cheated by them. They have made the total mess of their first project. Who is going to trust their other projects of Floraville or Emotions, even if they are looking good at this stage. They are unable to keep their promise, what is the guarantee of the repeat promises. Two of my friends have already cancelled their booking in the Floraville, after coming to know about the status of Symphony.

I have got to know that the buyers of above project have made a group on yahoo, which is having more than 150 members and they are fighting with the builder, who is not paying any attention to them.
Any idea about Paramount Emotion project in Noida Extn. We have booked five flats there from our company.

Reading above is giving me goose bumps.

How can I take the refund of my money?

It's good that people are being made aware of cheat builders before burning their hard earned money.
At the same time, there should had been some action at land authorities as well. When paramount, Supertech, Ajnara have duped so many people, how the hell they are allowed land for subsequent projects.

They should be rather blacklisted and denied any further construction project by government authorities
