[Resolved]  Passport Enquiry — Delay in Re-dispatching passport

Respected Sir,
I have applied for a fresh passport on the date 11th June 2009 at the Uditnagar Head Post Office, Rourkela. My file Id number of the passport is BHU-W[protected]. I got a police verification on 12th September 2009 at Raghunathpalli Police Station, Rourkela. The status respecting my passport has been given on your website as “It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time” from 24th December 2009, but till date I have not received my passport. So you are requested to make verification and dispatch my passport as soon as possible.
For this act of your great kindness, I shall be ever grateful to you.

passport — i was not there at my home when postman came to my to dispatch my passport

i was not there at my home when postman came to my to didspatch my passport.he refused to handover to my parents now what should i do ,iam working in another state .
