[Resolved]  passport.gov.in — delay in police enquiry

sir i hav received my police enquiry report of pass port but still i dint got my pass port the police inquiry card i hav received 15 days over so iam worried why still my passport dint come my pass port i hav submitted on june 19 but still it dint came my file no is w/677078/09

i am sarika .my passport file no.is B 031534.i applied for passport in the last week of sep09 and police verification done in 5th oct09. but yet, todays date i not get passport .i enquired in police station(sakinaka), they said, we sended file from here at 15oct09.they given me O.W number also, and they said to go at CID passport office. i went at CID office but they said we not get file document from police station.
so, i am getting confused here.what to do.if police stn. passed file from there then how can CID office couldn't get it.so where the file document gone/missplace?

plz, help me in this situation, i require passport for work now.so, plz, help me.
