[Resolved]  Passport Office, Bhubaneswar — passport not received

Sir, I have applied my passport on 04 May 10 at Bhubaneswar.But till now my status is-Police report is incomplete and the case is being examined.My file referance no is-BHUA01424410. SANTOSH KUMAR MOHANTY.
despatch no. from SP office-1652 . speed post. 24 june 2010.
So how can I get my passport ?

I applied my passport on 4th oct, 2010. But i have not get any police verification information till now . Already 3 months has gone .But in websites, it showing like "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined" since last 3 months. i am continiously calling passport office Bhubaswar, but nobody is picking the phone.

I really need my passport in urgent basis. So i request you, please tell me the procedure to get my passport .

Sir, I have applied for my Passport Ref File No - A 034098 dt 12 Dec 2007 at Bhubanaswar . As per online report the passport was ready for despatch at that time . My husband service is transfereble & he was transfer from NTPC Talcher Kaniha to NTPC Uttarakhand . It was already informed to you . Because of transfer of my husband I could not received my Passport till date . Now what can I do ? I had authorise any one at NTPC Talcher Kaniha ?
