[Resolved]  Passport Office, Bhubaneswar — passport not received

Dear Sir,
i am jayant kumar sahoo.
my passport no: BHU-A[protected]
I applied my passport on[protected] and police verification came after 1 month of my registration and after verification they send you with in 10 days. but now is happening 4 month. But in online report is comming: Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order.
where is problem plz verify it. because i need my passport urgent... plz...plz...plz

The Police report has completed nearly 06-May-11 but my status is saying

pass port — UNABLE TO FIND FAULT

Good day

This is reg my passport appliaction. As per the web site my application is still pending with police enquire, but till date I have finished all the enquires came to my home and by going to CID office. Also yesterday (02/05/2012) I went to CID office again to check the status why my application form is delayed they informed that my application is cleared from them and no more enquiries are left. I am not able to understand whom or which office to contact now regarding this matter.

I am requesting you by writing this letter in order to help me out in finding why and application form/passport is delayed as I have already finished all the enquires.
