Passport Office — delay in issuing passport | |
To, Shri R.A. Dhone Acting Passport Officer, Passport Office, 2nd Floor, Gangotri Complex, T.T. Nagar, Bhopal - 462 003 Respected sir, I am saurabh mohanlal gupta from indore. My file reference no. is BPLz288289. I have submitted my application form on 26/06/2008 and all the verifications have been done by the police and i have submitted all the necessary documents needed. The objection which is applied on my Application are- [Furnish attested copy of proof of your current address i.e.Election Comm.Identity Card/Ration Card/Elect. or Telephone Bill/Bank Passbook(all pages)/service certificate from employer etc.which should be in your name/spouse's name or in the name of parents * Address Proff Of Last One Year. ] But, I have already submitted the these needed documents with proofs before 2-3 weeks. yet i cannot get my passport. Please, look in the matter as soon as possible and take some action on it. applied for passport on 21st may now its been more than three month still waiting for the varification.

Sir, I didn't get my passport till upto now, my file reference no is Hyd-z[protected], the Inquiry and verification is completed and waiting for my passport when i search in Internet its display the information like : STATUS :
FURNISH EXPLANATION FOR SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS PASSPORT AND SURRENDER THE SAME.
But I didn't get my actuall passport, how can i surrender the same, so please send my PASSPORT to my Address.

I have applied a fresh Passport on 8th February, 2010. As I was staying at two places for the past 1 year, I have mentioned both addresses in the application form. Police verfication was over for the current address during the second week of March. I didn't receive any calls for the second level of verification. I have just checked the status of my passport and it is not showing the current status and shows some error
