[Resolved]  Passport Office — they are not providing any solution for my passport

i am attaching my all email what i send it to following.

Cc: 'grv.[protected]@mea.gov.in'

i applied from kurukshetra on 7-4-2010.
Today date is[protected].

what indian gov. is doing ?I am not able to understand.
as i went to kurukshetra.they told me to go chandigarh.
why should i go,this is their duty not mine?

can anyone help me regarding that.to whom i have to approach..?

This is the third time I am writing to you.
Chandigarh authority is not going to help me at all even after your email to them.
I wrote a separate email to them (before 15 days) and still I am waiting for response.
Kurukshetra authority told me that I have to go Chandigarh for inquiry .this is their responsibilities not mine.
Can you please tell me, what I have to do now?

The officer in Kurukshetra told me to confirm it from Chandigarh.
But I am busy due to some project constrain.

I knew that this is a big process, but not as much as it requires 5 months for completion.
