[Resolved] Passport Office Delhi — non issuance of passport | |||
The application of 'Hazel Kakkar' for the issuance of a new passport was forwarded through Speed Post centre Ramesh Nagar on 24.06.2009. The receipt issued by the Speed post centre carries receipt no. ED[protected]IN , file no. DEWW15084309 and Key no. [protected] dt. 24.06.2009. This application was accompanied with a Demand Draft number 105124 dt. 12.05.2009 drawn in favour of Regional Passport Office, New Delhi. However, after passage of four months, passport status as shown in the website said 'Application is pending for want of Police Report'. We re-submitted the application enclosing all the photocopies. Police verification was also done around three months back and since then status on the website says 'Police Report is clear. Application is under process.' The application (W150843 for the year 2009) in the name of Hazel Kakkar has been pending since 24.06.2009. I have complained multiple times on the emails mentioned on their website but no response. I applied for passport on[protected] at Delhi Pasport office Delhi vide ref No A029672. My Police verification is clear in a week time afterwards. Notably when i checked the status of my passport everyday, it stated that your police verification have been waived off and application is under way. Approx three & half month spent but my passport have not been received yet.
Kindly look into the matter and a speedy action be taken at your end.

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Ravi Mishra. I applied for passport on[protected] at Nehru Place office New Delhi. My Police verification is clear in a week time afterwards. Notably when i checked the status of my passport on 10th of May 2010, it stated to contact PRO on any working day between 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. When i contacted the PRO on 13th of May i was asked to submit some more residetial proofs. I submited four residential proofs viz, Bank account statement, University ID card and my two appointment letters from my previous and current employers thereafter on 14th May 2010. Unfortunately even after submitting the proof of residential address and visiting the Bhikaji Cama place twice, i get the same message on the site. In my application dated 14th May i had clearly stated that i need the passport urgently as i have to leave for Australia on 6th June for my official assignment.
Could you please look into the matter as it is really urgent and i may end up incuring financial loss if my passport is not issued to my before 6th June 2010.
