[Resolved] Passport Office Ghaziabad — Passport Not received, showing incorrect details in online passport Status | |||
I had filed for the passport of my Daughter Ishanvi Jain (Age - 4 Years Old). I had submitted all the documents regarding Birth/Age Proof, Residential Deatils, Ishanvi PPF account Details, School certificate but the current status of the application shows that "Personal Particulars Form referred for reverification regarding your last one year stay to the concerned authority". Though we have been staying at the same House(owned) for more than 10 years.. The verification has been done twice, and both time we have given the proof wrt to the application. One of my known who applied with me has already received the passport of his daughter. The difference could be that I didnt pay one of the inspecton office the amount he was charging (1500 /-) though I paid the police officials (2nd time inspection). Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Prateek jain, and I had submitted my passport form in april 6, 2011 in Ghaziabad office with reference no. Z402082. I had submitted all the documents regarding Birth/Age Proof, Residential Deatils, School certificate but the current status of the application shows that "Furnish all documents attested" from last three months, i have submitted my all documents again on 8-aug-2011 bt its still stowing same status. The verification has been done twice, and both time we have given the proof.
Many of my known who applied with me has already received the passport.
Bt dont knw whats the problem you are facing to issuing my passport.
Please close the matter and issue my passport as soon as posible.

PASSPORT OFFICE — Proof of age
Dear Sir,It is surprise to see that passport office is asking birth certificate as proof of age,but they are not accepting sslc or hsc certificates issued by the state government.The only department in India which is concern with the age is Transport department and election commission of India,even though they are accepting those documents as proof of age,but passport cannot do nothing with the age.I don't know why they are asking like this.Hereby I am requesting the Ministry of External affairs to take necessary action to resolve this.
