Passport Office — passport grievance

I have applied for renewal of my passport dated[protected], FILE NO :HYDF023134 it is been over 8 months still i have not receive my passport. when i am checking online it is showing since 4 months that it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport has been delayed and will now be despatch in a weeks time.i request the passport authorities to issue my passport without anymore delay.
